Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information System.
Knowledgeable in Relational Database Management System (RDBMS);
Experience in deployment of system in Local Area Network (LAN)/Wide Area Network (WAN); Creative with the ability to execute a system concept;
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To provide front line IT support to customers.
To install and configure PCs and associated peripherals and software.
To provide technical support requests from users for all PC hardware, software and associated peripherals.
To log support calls and document their outcome to facilitate the resolution of common queries.
To redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate member of the IT Support Centre.
To pro-actively provide information to users on the progress of outstanding support.
To contribute to ensuring that the HelpDesk systems and software are kept up to date and messages are passed on and feedback received promptly.
To deploy PCs and associated peripherals including new installations and the redeployment of existing equipment.
To install and configure operating systems to agreed standards under the direction of the System Development Manager.
To install and configure software to agreed standards under the direction of the System Development Manager.
To provide at all times a professional, courteous and rapid response to Client's.
To undertake such other work as may be assigned which is consistent with the nature of the job and its level of responsibility.
To conform to My Creative Panda. standards and guidelines with respect to information systems.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software solutions / services and products
Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services.
Personally contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.
Sell a full range of My Creative Panda software products and services; requires consultative-selling skills
Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle
Provide a consultative solutions sales process to prospects
Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations
Provide account management to an existing territory
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a self-starter
Must be able to demonstrate sales record (3+ years) at a high level of achievement
Solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: hardware, software, or other technical product
Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field of study
Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within an organization
Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team
Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Well-Developed
QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, MySQL
Code Ignitter, Ajax, Zend and Cake Php Programming is an advantage
Basic knowledge in Flash Action Script, Dreamweaver, Photoshop and in CMS (Joomla and Joomla extension programming) PHP OOP or PHP Framework, CMS, (Wordpress, Joomla or Magento), Adobe Photoshop CS6
Experience in deployment of website based on LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP) is an advantage as well.
Ability to work within tight schedules.
Creative with the ability to execute a web design concept.
Independent and great attention to details
Able to communicate effectively and with good problem solving skills
Must be a team player
